Terms of Service

These terms are between Admin Shortstop LLC (“we”, “us”) and the organization that signs up for Admin Shortstop (“you”). By creating an account, connecting a system, or using the service, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and explains how we handle data.

Admin Shortstop captures customer conversations from systems you connect — such as email, phone, and text messaging — and turns them into tracked work in your CRM. What the service does is described on this website and in the product itself.

We improve the service continuously. We will not remove a material feature you depend on without reasonable notice.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for what the people you invite to your organization do with the service.
• Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

When you connect a mailbox, phone system, or CRM, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that connecting it does not breach any agreement you have with that provider or with the people whose data it contains.

You can disconnect any system at any time from Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting revokes our access to it immediately.

You own the data you bring to the service and the data the service produces from it. You grant us only the permission we need to operate the service for you: to store, process, and display that data, and to transmit it to the systems you have connected.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train generalised AI models. We do not use it for advertising.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, or for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
• Connect a system you are not authorised to connect, or process data you have no right to process.
• Attempt to access another organization's data, probe or circumvent our security controls, or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Reverse engineer the service, or resell or sublicense access to it without our written agreement.
• Use the service to build a competing product.

Security researchers are welcome. If you find a vulnerability, report it to security@adminshortstop.com and give us reasonable time to fix it. We will not pursue good-faith research conducted that way.

The service automates routine handling of customer conversations, including decisions about where a message belongs and drafts of suggested replies. These are aids, not substitutes for your judgement. Suggested replies are never sent to your customers automatically — a person on your team reviews and sends them.

You remain responsible for what your business communicates to its customers.

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price agreed when you sign up. Fees exclude taxes unless stated. If we change pricing we will give you at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next renewal.

Non-payment may lead to suspension after we have told you and given you a reasonable opportunity to fix it.

We work to keep the service available and to make failures visible when they happen. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where we reasonably can.

The service depends on third parties — Google, your phone provider, your CRM. Where one of those is unavailable or changes how it works, parts of the service may be affected. We will tell you when we know.

• You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or end an account that materially breaches these terms, after telling you and — where the breach can be fixed — giving you a fair chance to fix it.
• On closure you can export your data. We delete it within 90 days, except where law requires us to keep records.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including, in some jurisdictions, consumer guarantees that apply regardless of what a contract says.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give reasonable notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
